Pork lovers of Assam and pork dry fry

Assam was recently hit by swine fever that lead to death of around 14000 pigs. For pork lovers it was bad news. The foodie BFF is a pork lover. Except Thursdays he will have pork as snacks as main course inside dumplings or dry fry with various ingredients like bamboo shoot and King Chilli pepper and so on and so forth. The above image is of a casual evening snack that he prepared and share with his evening friends with whom he gossips or passes the time with. It's just like going to a neighbourhood pub where your other homies come everyday. Brothers in arms. The evenings are spent on discussions about everything that can be discussed or argued or debated.
